Privacy notice
Effective October 6, 2026Monthly Works uses information to provide your subscribed services. For access, correction, deletion or privacy questions, contact thecarters0323@gmail.com.
What we process
We receive your Monthly Works account identifier, email, password hash and recovery-code hash, business name, briefs, source material and uploaded files, preferences, drafts, delivered packages and revision requests. We also keep one-time order and subscription identifiers, payment status, invoice amounts, billing dates and operational audit records. Stripe handles payment-card information; this application does not store full card numbers.
Why and where
We use these records to authenticate access, prepare and deliver work, verify payment, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests and investigate errors. The site uses OpenAI Sites infrastructure and Cloudflare-backed storage. OpenAI/Codex processes supplied material during AI-assisted fulfillment. Stripe processes billing data under its own privacy policy. These providers may process data in countries other than your own.
Access and sharing
Your workspace content is accessible to your signed-in account and the Monthly Works operator. Relevant information is processed by our hosting, AI and payment providers to operate the service. Monthly Works does not sell customer source material or publish it as marketing. Do not include material that you are not authorized to share with these providers.
Retention and requests
We retain workspace records to deliver ongoing services and handle revisions and support. You may request deletion through support; some billing, security or dispute records may need to be retained for legitimate recordkeeping or legal obligations. Provider backups may expire on their own schedules. No automatic deletion deadline is currently promised.
Account access
Use your Monthly Works email and password to access your private workspace. Download and keep your recovery code; automatic password-reset emails are not available. Keep passwords and recovery codes private. Passwords and recovery codes are stored as hashes rather than plaintext.
Cookies and security
The service uses authentication and operational storage needed to run your workspace. The application does not currently add advertising trackers. Hosting and payment providers may use their own necessary technologies. Access controls and server-side secret storage help protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
